The Terms & Conditions that regulate the Membership are those stated below. By acquiring, using or exercising the Membership features, the Affiliate acknowledges and accepts such Terms & Conditions:

FIRST. DEFINITIONS. For the effects of this Contract, the terms stated below will have the indicated meanings, which shall be applied in singular or plural indistinctively: -TRAVELITE. It means the variable capital company, named as "Travel Benefits International" conformed according to the Mexican Republic laws, through public deeds, number 2,361 in the date of January 26th, 2017, granted under acknowledgement of the Acting Public Notary of the Public Notary, Office No. 6 of Cancun, Quintana Roo, entering the contract as Membership merchandiser, in addition to intermediary for advertizing, offering and reserving through www.traveliteclub.com and/or its Call Center, the tourist and/or vacation services provided by the Suppliers; provided that Travelite may outsource and/or replace any supplier in order to comply with the Contract. –SUPPLIER. It means the diverse suppliers of tourist and/or vacation services, with which Travelite has established commercial alliances, and, therefore, it obtained preferential rates as exclusive benefit of its Affiliates; being Travelite the one who makes them available to their Affiliates, through www.traveliteclub.com and/or its Call Center (or concierge service), to be lended directly by the Supplier, under its charge and responsibility. AFFILIATE. It means the natural person or legal entity, who acquires the Membership in exchange of the established activation payment, and collected directly by International Travel Assets Developers S.A. de C.V. – MEMBERSHIP. It means the Membership through which the Affiliates gain access to www.traveliteclub.com, and obtaining exclusive special prices, preferential rates and last-minute discounts (of up to 60%) on tourism, vacation, lodging, transportation, social events, among many other services, which are not available to the general public. The Membership types may vary depending on their category, modality, services, benefits, activation cost and validity, which are specified on the Affiliation Cover. -WWW.TRAVELITECLUB.COM. It means the domain name of the website www.travelite.com in addition to any other version that may be created, including but not limited to .com.mx or .mx or .net among others, which are exclusive property of Travelite. The webpage www.traveliteclub.com and/or the Travelite Call Center shall be the only means to make use of the Membership benefits; such means will display the rates established by the Suppliers to the general public, as well as the final price and the savings available to the Affiliates, including the reservations history. -E-MONEY. It means a membership modality that grants virtual money in favor of the Affiliate, to be used towards the bookings of lodging services through www.traveliteclub.com and/or its Call Center. The E-Money amount will be determined by the kind of Membership acquired, and this proportion will be displayed on the Affiliation Cover. -AFFILIATION COVER. It means the only annex that is a fundamental part of the Control, and in which the Membership features and its acquisition are displayed.

SECOND. AFFILIATES. It states that: -He or she is a natural person with legal capabilities to abide by the terms & conditions establish herein, in addition to complying in a dully and timely manner with his or her obligations stated this contract. –He or she has the economic resources and bank cards (debit and/or credit) to pay the remuneration of the Membership affiliation and annual renovation, in addition to the payment of the tourist and vacation services hired through www.traveliteclub.com and/or its Call Center. –He or she acknowledges that each payment in favor of Travelite, shall be made through International Travel Assets Developers S.A. de C.V., without the aforesaid being a partial or total obstacle. –He or she performed an analysis of the rights and obligations established in the Contract, confirming with this action that the document herein is understood, and without any pending explanation regarding said matter. –He or she acknowledges an accepts that the Suppliers are the exclusively responsible ones of the contractual obligations assumed by means of intermediation, therefore releasing Travelite of any responsibility that may arise. –He or she acknowledges and agrees that the domain name www.traveliteclub.com, in addition to the other versions that may be crated including but not limited to .com.mx or .mx or .net among others, are exclusive property of Travelite, therefore, he or she thoroughly refrains from claiming any ownership and/or misusing them. –Provided the Contract’s nature, the Affiliate confirms that the document herein does not concede nor it constitutes any license on his or her favor to use partially or totally any brand, distinctive sign, commercial name, commercial advertisement, combination of color and in general any element or related feature, equal or similar to that in the industrial an intellectual property, owned by Travelite. – He or she acknowledges that some logotypes, symbols and images used at www.traveliteclub.com, in addition to those on the printed advertisements, are duplicated only for showing examples of the products and services offered by Travelite, therefore, they should not be deemed as a product or brand endorsed by the owners of the registered brands. –He or she understands and agrees that the services lent by Travelite through www.traveliteclub.com may suffer any technical issues out of Travelite’s reach, therefore releasing them from any responsibility related to that matter, leaving ITAD as the only party obliged to fix the problem in the best and fastest way possible. –Prior to the Membership acquisition, Travelite provided the proper support and explanation, regarding the reach, consequences, formalities, implications, and in general, legal and financial matters. –You were not conditioned to hire any other kind of operations and/or services with Travelite and/or with any other third party, for acquiring the Membership.

THIRD. OBJECT. By the means of this Contract, through the document herein, Travelite transmits in favor of the Affiliate, the Membership whose features are stated on the Cover. Additionally, the Affiliate accepts that he or she acquired the Membership for his or her personal use, enjoyment and benefit, in terms of the Contract herein. All the aforesaid provided that Travelite is the only and exclusive intermediary between the Affiliate and the Supplier, making available the benefits, preferential rates and reservation services through www.traveliteclub.com and/or its Call Center.

FOURTH. PAYMENT. For the use of the Membership, the Affiliate shall pay annually (each 12-months period) the amount stated on the Affiliation Cover, directly to International Travel Assets Developers S.A. de C.V. in reason of affiliation; payment shall be made with charge to a credit or debit card, through www.traveliteclub.com or by phone dialing 800-212-8909 (MEX) or 1-888-279-8940 (USA and CAN), business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hours, and Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 hours (Eastern time). The Affiliate understands and accepts that, failure to comply with any of the Contract terms & conditions, especially with the payment obligations towards Travel Assets Developers S.A. de C.V. and/or Travelite, this party at its own discretion, may partially or definitively suspend the Membership use without responsibility whatsoever. Prices in foreign currency may be released in Mexican pesos, to the exchange rate fixed by the Bank of Mexico Federation, exactly on the day of payment, according to what is stated in Article 8th of the United Mexican States monetary law.

FIFTH. PERSONAL DATA AND REGISTRATION. The Affiliate authorizes Travelite to use the information provided with the mentioned objective, however, Travelite is obliged to treat the Affiliate´s information in accordance to what is established in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Third Parties, and according to the following Privacy Policy established in www.traveliteclub.com. Travelite´s Personal Data Attention Department is in charge of Licenciada Claudia Yamilet de la Torre González, who can be contacted via e-mail to datospersonales@traveliteclub.com or by phone dialing +52 (998) 251.65.85 extension 206, Institute of Access to Public Information (IFAI) dialing 01800-835-4324 or visit www.ifai.org Provided the afore mentioned, the Affiliate accepts that in order to complete the Membership affiliation, in addition to make any reservation, he or she shall provide specific personal information, including but not limited to first and second name (according to their ID document), nationality, contact information (address, e-mail, mobile number and land line), credit or debit card number, including CVV code, among others. Moreover, the Affiliate authorizes Travelite to send any promotional material derived from the services offered.

SIXTH. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. The Affiliate understands and accepts that: -The services and products offered at www.traveliteclub.com are non-transferable, and that they can be increased or removed at Travelite´s discretion, this one being obliged only to notify the Affiliate through the afore mentioned website, establishing that Travelite can´t guarantee that the descriptions of products, services and rates are accurate, complete, reliable, current or flawless, as they are responsibility of the Suppliers. In case of any mistake in the rate of the service quoted, resulting in a higher amount than the one offered by the Supplier, the lower rate will be considered in order to benefit the Affiliate, however, in the event that the quoted service is lower than that offered by the Supplier, the Affiliates will be informed immediately, allowing them to execute their cancelation right, free of charge, releasing Travelite of any responsibility. –The rules, restrictions, rates, and taxes will be mentioned at the time of booking the products and services, stating the possibility of changes and cancelations, in addition to the collection of any charge under that concept.

–All reservations shall require full payment in order to be confirmed. –Whenever any reimbursement applies in favor of the Affiliate, it will be carried out in the currency and payment method used originally. The Affiliate cannot demand services or benefits higher than those specifically hired and paid, being obliged to pay any unconsidered expense. – The Affiliate understands and accepts that the Suppliers are the only responsible for the products and services hired, in addition to their availability, hiring policies and cancelation, therefore Travelite shall be released from any responsibility that may arise under the afore mentioned concepts. Travelite shall not be held responsible nor they shall be obliged to make any reimbursement whatsoever in case of delays, cancelations, accidents, situations, mishaps, acts of God, and any other fortuitous fact. –The Affiliate commits to abide by the Suppliers´ rules and restrictions, including but not limited to availability, minimum age, maximum occupation, pet policies, infant policies, and payment of rates, among others. –The Affiliate agrees that any breach of the rules and restrictions of any Supplier, may result in the cancelation of their reservation, losing their right to access the products and services hired, in addition to the loss of any payment without reimbursement option. –The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that some trips to certain worldwide destinations, may present higher risks than others, therefore Travelite recommends inquiring about the prohibitions, warnings, advertisements, and notices issued by the authorities of said locality, before booking any trip, whether it is domestic or international. –Travelite recommends all Affiliates to request and read carefully all regulations of the Suppliers hired, in addition to buying external insurance in order to obtain a proper coverage of medical expenses, personal accidents, luggage loss, among others, stating that no insurance is included with the products and services hired.

SEVENTH. BENEFITS. The Affiliate understands and accepts that: –The Membership benefits are non-transferable nor they can be exchanged for cash, neither partially nor totally. This benefits will have no value for other intermediaries or merchandisers, being only applicable through www.traveliteclube.com and/or Travelite´s Call Center. –This benefits are not valid to be applied directly with the Providers. –Benefits cannot be combined and/or be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, nor they can be used with third parties or other Providers.

EIGHT. MEMBERSHIPS UNDER THE E-MONEY MODALITY. The Affiliate understands and accepts that: –The e-Money will be applied towards the partial payment of lodging reservations in the participant tourist developments, and that their amounts will depend on each hotel Provider´s policies, being the Affiliates responsibility to pay any pending balance in full, using a valid debit or credit card. The aforementioned is provided that the Affiliates will not be allowed to pay 100% of their reservation balance with e-Money. –The Affiliates will be notified about their amount of e-Money available, according to how it is used periodically. –E-Money is virtual and has no value with other intermediary or merchandiser, being only applicable for lodging service reservations, through www.traveliteclub.com and/or the Travelite Call Center. –The Membership validity under the e-Money modality will last until the virtual money balance is fully used or when the validity established on the Affiliation Cover is due.

Al activar los servicios de TRAVELITE los clientes aceptan los Términos y Condiciones que rigen su uso:

Travel Benefits International SA de CV (en lo sucesivo TRAVELITE ) es titular de los derechos industriales e intelectuales de TRAVELITE , así como del dominio de la Plataforma en Línea.

TRAVELITE es un servicio de Membresía mediante la cual los Socios adquieren por un plazo determinado acceso a tarifas preferenciales en servicios turísticos.

La atención, consulta, reservación y compra se puede realizar vía telefónica o a través de la plataforma en línea.

TRAVELITE actúa únicamente como intermediaria de los prestadores de servicios con los que ha contratado EL CLIENTE y a los que se refiere(n) el boleto, recibo y/o voucher y demás documentación que se expide(n) al CLIENTE con motivo de los servicios, los cuales estarán sujetos a los términos y condiciones especificados por los prestadores de servicios contratados, incluyendo de manera enunciativa más no limTRAVELITE as cargos por cancelaciones, perdidas de vuelos, perdidas de equipaje, entre otros.

Los mencionados servicios serán proporcionados por prestadores independientes que no actúan por o en representación de TRAVELITE , y en este acto, EL CLIENTE se hace expresamente conocedor de esta situación, así? mismo acepta que TRAVELITE , no tiene injerencia alguna en la presentación de los servicios que ha contratado.

En el acto de la activación de la membresía EL CLIENTE libera a TRAVELITE , así? como a sus accionistas, consejeros, afiliados, subsidiarias, asesores, dependientes, o partes relacionadas, de todo tipo de responsabilidad generada con motivo de cualesquier incumplimiento, hecho, acto omisión, accidente o lesión vinculada y/o derivada de los servicios que ha contratado EL CLIENTE, incluyendo daños y perjuicios, ya sean directos, indirectos, incidentales, económicos, y/o negligentes, así? como pérdidas, costos o gastos que pudieren ser generados con motivo o en relación a los servicios contratados a través de TRAVELITE .

En caso de que tenga que interrumpir su viaje por causas personales, los servicios total o parcialmente no utilizados no serán reembolsables. Todos los viajeros deberán contar con la documentación necesaria para realizar su viaje; pasaportes vigentes, visas, siendo de su total responsabilidad los problemas e inconvenientes que puedan surgir por incumplimientos de este requerimiento.

Los cambios o cancelación de los viajes ocasionados por causas originadas por huracanes, ciclones, terremotos o cualquier otra, son ajenos a TRAVELITE , y quedarán sujetos a las políticas y lineamientos de la línea aérea, transportista u operador para la cancelación total de viaje o cambios de itinerario. Los reembolsos parciales o totales dependerán de la línea aérea, transportista u operador.

EL CLIENTE acepta por falta de pago total o parcial de los servicios que ha contratado a través de TRAVELITE será? causa suficiente de cancelación o rescisión del contrato y de los servicios contratados por EL CLIENTE con los diversos prestadores mencionados que pudieran ser de manera enunciativa más no limitativa: líneas aéreas, hoteles, transportistas terrestres, marítimos u operadores, etc. por lo que en este acto EL CLIENTE libera en todo momento a TRAVELITE , a sus accionistas, consejeros, afiliados, asesores, o partes relacionadas de cualquier responsabilidad que por su incumplimiento (DEL CLIENTE) pudiera corresponder.
